What is unique about this stream is the broadcasting of performances by musicians from two places at the same time.
This is possible thanks to the use of ultra low latency technology developed by CESNET. The technology connects two CESNET MVTP Audio devices via the Internet in the fastest possible way. Both points are connected with audio and video. Other peripherals, such as cameras and imaging monitors, must also operate with the lowest possible delay.
Technical support was provided by Cesnet, Disk Systems in Prague and TV JOJ in Košice. It is a unique form of stream streamed from two places at the same time. This form of low-latency brige was used commercially for the first time in this range. Some performers played from a studio in Prague and some from Košice. Thanks to this technology, the musicians could play together.
The following performers at the Prague studio: Čechomor, Taras Voloschuk (former Čechomor double bass player from Ukraine), Lenka Dusilová, Voxel, Michal Malátný and František Táborský (Chinaski).
The band Kandráčovci, Tomi Okres (Chinaski), Marian Čekovský (musician and Superstar jury) and others played from Košice.
